Oh La Prairie you have my heart!

Ok people can i just talk about how much I am obsessing over the La Prairie Marine Biology collection!!… Been using it now for 2 weeks and I can absolutely already see a major difference in my skin! This stuff is great for us girls in our late 20′s early 30′s who are looking to keep our skin young and youthful. It’s got everything you need in a skin care line: made from marine plants, has powerful anti-oxidant, brightens, lifts and hydrates your skin like nothing else! I personally got the Revitalizing Emulsion (basically because I can use it on my face, eyes and neck) as well as the Eye Gel (de puffs, soothes and firms my eyes) and like I mentioned before: ALREADY NOTICING HOW GREAT MY SKIN LOOKS AND FEELS! though it is a bit in the $$$ side… Def worth it!

Allow me to introduce myself :)

Hello world! First time blogging and I’m actually nervous lol.

My name is Melissa Marie and I am the owner and founder of Blush by M.Marie a beauty business for Weddings and Special Events here in Orange County, CA. My amazing team and I can be seen as a “Featured Vendor” on The Knot and as well as our 5 Star ratings on The Wedding Channel

This all started when I started posting about my favorite beauty products on the Blush by M.Marie Facebook page and I really got some great feed back from people, even questions asking me what I would recommend to them for their hair/make-up issue. It was then that I decided to start a blog, link it to my website Blush by M.Marie and make this an actual “thing” to constantly discuss. I really wanted women and young girls to refer to something like this to help them with beauty questions or to learn something new that will make girls feel good…because lets face it ladies: EVERY GIRL LOVES HAIR AND MAKE-UP!! It’s fun to learn something new to do to your hair or knowing the difference between matte and shimmer looks or even showing a girlfriend a new beauty trick. LOOKING GOOD MAKES US FEEL GOOD!!
Much like the popular website Pintrest I too want to share my knowledge of what I know best with you and all your friends! Being that I grew up in the industry of beauty, I really do feel like I have a lot of great information, tips & tricks and even solutions to your beauty needs. Now…I don’t want to be the only advice you get… So I will also have “guest bloggers” in the beauty industry blogging from time to time to give you their advice in their area of expertise! I’ll have guests talking about lash extensions, tanning, make-up, nails, hair and even fashionistas who can give us advice about being trendy. Of course I will be blogging (is that the correct verbiage? Seems so boring, I need a new word for “blogging”… Ideas?) about Blush by M.Marie and the exciting events and Weddings my fabulous team and I will be doing.
